Frequently asked questions
The real answers, with the numbers to back them. If yours isn't here, write to us: we answer everyone.
How it actually works
With a free 30-minute qualification call. We look at your offer, your market, what you've already tried and your numbers. At the end, we tell you honestly whether we can help, and if the answer is no, we tell you that too. We'd rather turn down a job than take money from someone it won't work for.
No. Management runs month to month, and Mentorship is a one-time payment. If we don't deliver, you leave. We'd rather keep a client because they want to stay than because they're stuck.
Mostly established service businesses: epoxy, roofing, paving, plumbing, renovation, stucco, gutters, concrete, landscaping, plus professional services like insurance, financial advisors and clinics. What they have in common: a ticket high enough that a paid lead is worth it, and the ability to answer the phone when it rings.
Businesses starting out without a proven offer, businesses with nobody to call the leads back, and businesses looking for someone to “manage their social media”. We're not an organic content agency. Everything we build is aimed at quote requests and sales.
No. We serve Quebec, the rest of Canada and the U.S., and we're starting in France. We deliver in French, English and Spanish.
The money questions, straight up
There are two amounts to keep separate: what you pay Meta (your ad budget) and what you pay us (our fees). The minimum ad budget we recommend is $25 a day, which comes to about $750 a month. Below that, the algorithm doesn't have enough data to get out of its learning phase.
As for our fees, it depends on the model: Mentorship is a one-time payment, fully managed is monthly. We give you the exact number on the call, once we know what there is to do. We wrote a full article on it, with the numbers from our own accounts.
The first leads often come in within days of launch. But one lead is not a system. Count on about two to four weeks for the algorithm to stabilize (Meta needs roughly 50 conversions to optimize properly) and a full sales cycle before you judge profitability.
If someone promises you guaranteed results in 7 days, be suspicious.
No, and nobody honest does. We control the strategy, the creative, the targeting and the follow-up. We don't control your pricing, your reputation, your ability to call back within the hour, or the season. What we guarantee is the work and full transparency on the numbers.
What we can show you is real results: $2,600 invested with Pavage Astral for $650,000 generated, $321 with Gouttières MP for 12 contracts. The full case studies are here.
That's the sentence we hear most. In the vast majority of cases, the cause is one of the same twelve: budget too low to get out of the learning phase, targeting too narrow, a form with no qualifying question, no lead follow-up, or burned-out creative. We documented all of them, with the exact symptom to look for in your Ads Manager.
A “junk” lead is rarely a fake number: it's almost always a real person who wasn't ready. The instant form pre-fills everything, so filling it in takes two taps and zero commitment. You fix that with qualifying questions, a feedback loop back to Meta and a fast callback. The nine fixes are here.
Which one is right for you
With fully managed, we handle everything: strategy, creative, campaigns, optimization, CRM follow-up. You get quote requests.
With Mentorship, we show you how to do it yourself, in your account, with your data. You keep everything at the end: the ad account, the pixel, the CRM, the creative, the method.
For the owner who wants to stop depending on an agency, or who figures monthly fees of $1,000 to $6,000 make no sense at their volume. It's a one-time investment instead of a bill that comes back every month.
It takes time on your end. If you don't have a few hours a week to put into it, fully managed is the more honest option for you.
Yes, in both cases. The ad account, the Business Manager, the pixel, the CRM and the creative are yours. We work inside your assets, never in an in-house account that would leave you trapped. If you leave, you leave with everything.
No problem, and we won't ask you to fire them on a whim. What we look at on the call is what you're paying, what you're getting, and whether the two add up. Sometimes the answer is to stay where you are.
What we build around the ads
Not necessarily: an instant form works without a site. But a conversion website changes two things: it filters better (the people who fill it out are more serious) and it makes you credible to the ones who check you out before calling. Here's how we build them.
WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, GoHighLevel and Hostinger. For payments: Stripe, Square, PayPal, and installment payments with Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay. We build on the tools you already use, not on an in-house platform.
Two things. First, so no lead gets lost: automatic callback, follow-up by text and email, nothing falling through the cracks. Second, and this is the part most people forget, to send Meta back which of your leads actually bought. That's what lets the algorithm go find more people like them.
Yes, but not the way it gets sold to you. Google stated in black and white that no schema gives an advantage in its AI Overviews, and Ahrefs measured that the vast majority of llms.txt files have never received a single request. What measures as effective is the content: cite named sources, put in real numbers, write clearly. We documented what's proven and what isn't.
What a Quebec business owner needs to know
It governs the collection of personal information. In practice: you need an up-to-date privacy policy, free and granular consent before you drop an advertising pixel, and a way to withdraw that consent that's as simple as giving it. We wrote the full guide.
Yes, on three conditions: having consent (express or implied), identifying yourself clearly, and offering an unsubscribe mechanism that gets processed on time. That's Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), a federal law separate from Quebec's Law 25. Penalties go up to $1M for an individual and $10M for a business. The details are here.
Often, yes. Most disabled accounts come down to a handful of known causes, and there is a recovery protocol that works. We documented it step by step. If your account is locked right now, call us, it's urgent and it gets sorted out faster with two of us on it.
Correct. We document what we apply with our clients and we cite our sources, but we're not lawyers or accountants. For a decision that binds you, check with a professional.

Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us measure what's working and show you our ads. You're the one who decides, and you can change your mind any time.
